DMTI Spatial offers a comprehensive technical support plan that provides a direct link with our team of Location Intelligence specialists. They will assist you with all aspects of your data and service applications, which can include software, maps, data and any service applications we have developed for you.
When you submit your service request, it will be entered and a designation number will be attached to it for tracking purposes. Our support team will review and assign the issue to the appropriate DMTI Spatial representative and a reply will be sent to you by email or phone within 2 business days. Periodically, we will post notices regarding tips, changes and solutions at the product Manager’s Desk.
